This is not only simple multi-touch gesture recognition
At present, there are two sampling ways for infrared multi-touch product. One is for matrix scanning, another is for CCD identify the infrared contact point.
The two ways have different major strength and weakness. For matrix scanning, it¡¯s is high resolution, high touch precision, and suit for writing processing. But it has disadvantage for multi-touch. Comparing with matrix scanning, CCD identification will be more easy to do multi-touch, and it can be identify out above two points, but only disadvantage is not very accurate.
We found some products only make simple gesture recognition, for example, zoom in or out, and transfer picture(even only zoom in or out to screen). So, they are not really several point coordinate data transmition. Actually, we saw lot of beautiful video on internet for show it,but if you carefully observe it, you will find which is fact only finger touch no for real shows. This is just CCD sampling.
After long time researching, now Tacteasy had got new techology to combine the two ways of strength. So, it not only can easy to perform above two contact points to touch and very precision, but also include other strong function , for example, writing very like the truth. In a word, It is the true sense of multi-touch.
